We are closed on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Hours are shortened to 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Showroom appointments
Walk-ins are always welcome, but if you would like a dedicated advisor and a quiet 45 minutes to try mattresses, book a showroom appointment. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday during opening hours, including a first slot at 9:30 am before the showroom opens to the public. Call, email or use the chat on this site and tell us the day and time you prefer, which mattresses you want to try, and whether you will need help with parking (we have four spaces behind the building and a loading zone on the side street). If you are shopping for an adjustable base, ask for the base demonstration; it takes about 15 extra minutes.
Delivery and service
To reschedule a delivery, reply to the text message you received or call (512) 555-0147 and choose option 2. Delivery windows are confirmed the evening before. For warranty inspections, email photos and your order number to warranty@dreambeds.local and we will respond within two business days.
