Every DreamBeds order ships from our warehouse in Austin, Texas or directly from the factory that makes it. How it arrives depends on the product: most mattresses come compressed in a box by parcel carrier; heavy mattresses, bed frames, adjustable bases and bundles come flat by our own white-glove crew or a freight partner.
Compressed box delivery
The Nook, Haven, Serene, Meadow, Lumen, Ridge, Sprout and Nook Hybrid Lite mattresses, all toppers and pillows, and Twin through Queen sizes of the Nook Bonnell Innerspring are compressed, rolled and shipped in a box that fits through any doorway. Boxes ship within one business day and arrive in 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the lower 48 states by FedEx Ground. You will receive a tracking number by email and text. Unbox the mattress within two weeks of delivery, cut the plastic carefully, and allow 24 to 48 hours for it to expand fully. Box delivery is curbside or to your door; the driver will not carry the box inside.
White-glove delivery
White-glove delivery means two people bring the product into the room of your choice, unpack it, assemble it (bed frames and adjustable bases), place your mattress, pair any remote or app, and take the packaging away. Old mattress and foundation removal is included free with white-glove delivery. It is included at no charge with the Aurora, Terra, Verdant, Regal, Vault, Willow, Fold-Away Murphy bed, Lift Pro, Zenith and Signature Suite Bundle. For other products it can be added at checkout for $199.
Our own crew covers Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas. Elsewhere in the lower 48 states we use a vetted white-glove freight partner. Lead times: 5 to 10 business days in our own delivery area; 2 to 3 weeks in the rest of the country. Made-to-order products (the Regal and the Signature Suite Bundle) add 4 to 6 weeks of production time. We will text you a 4-hour delivery window the evening before, and the crew calls 30 minutes ahead.

Where we ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. Freight deliveries to buildings without an elevator are limited to the third floor for products over 150 pounds; please tell us about stairs, narrow hallways or gate codes when you order.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect the packaging before the driver leaves. If a box is crushed or a product is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos and email orders@dreambeds.local within 48 hours; we will replace the item at no charge.
