Every DreamBeds product is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The length depends on the product tier, and in every case the first years are “full” (we repair or replace at no cost, including shipping) and the remaining years are “prorated” (you pay a share of the current price based on how long you have owned it).
Warranty length by product
- Budget mattresses (Nook Basic Foam, Nook Bonnell Innerspring, Nook Hybrid Lite, Sprout Kids): 10 years, first 5 full.
- Mid-range mattresses (Haven, Serene, Meadow, Ridge, Heritage): 15 years, first 10 full.
- Premium mattresses (Lumen, Aurora, Summit): 20 years, first 10 full.
- Latex and handmade mattresses (Terra, Verdant, Regal): 25 years, first 10 full.
- Bed frames: 5 years (Nook Metal, Aria, Loft, Hideaway) or 10 years (Linea, Vault, Willow, Fold-Away Murphy, including the lift mechanism).
- Adjustable bases: Lift Basic 10 years (3 full), Lift Pro 15 years (5 full), Zenith 20 years (5 full). Remotes and power supplies are covered for 2 years.
- Pillows and toppers: 2 to 5 years as listed on the product page. Protector: 10-year waterproof guarantee. Sheets: 1 year.
What is covered
- Body impressions or sagging deeper than 1.5 inches on foam and hybrid mattresses, or 0.75 inches on latex mattresses, measured with no weight on the mattress and with the mattress on a proper foundation.
- Foam that splits, cracks or crumbles under normal use.
- Coils that break, protrude or become loose.
- Cover seams and zippers that fail (cosmetic wear is not covered).
- Structural failure of frames, slats, drawer runners and lift mechanisms under the stated weight limit.
- Motor, control box and wiring failures on adjustable bases.
What voids the warranty
- Stains, soiling, burns, or liquid damage of any kind. Use a waterproof protector; a stained mattress cannot be inspected or returned under warranty.
- Using the mattress on an improper foundation: slats more than 3 inches apart, a sagging box spring, a frame without a centre support (Queen and larger), or the floor.
- Exceeding the weight limit stated on the product page.
- Removing the law tag, cutting or altering the mattress, or using it in a commercial setting without a hospitality agreement.
- Normal softening of comfort layers, which is expected, and body impressions shallower than the thresholds above.
- Damage from moving, misuse, bending an innerspring on an adjustable base, or failure to flip two-sided mattresses (Verdant, Regal) as instructed.
How to make a claim
Email warranty@dreambeds.local with your order number, a description of the problem, a photo of the law tag, and a photo of a straight edge (a broom handle works) laid across the mattress with a ruler showing the depth of any impression. We respond within two business days. If we need to inspect in person, a technician visits within 14 days in our delivery area; elsewhere we arrange a local inspection. Approved claims are repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent model. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is not transferable.
